01Agreement

By accessing iymer.ai or using the Iymer workspace (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

02The Service

Iymer provides an AI operations workspace and related marketing pages. Features may change. We may offer free allowances, trials, paid plans, and partner programs as described on the site.

03Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content your workspace stores or sends through the Service.

04Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed per the pricing page and checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase. Unused credits do not roll over unless we say so in writing. Taxes may apply.

We may change prices with notice for renewals. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

05Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt others, violate law, infringe others’ rights, or use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

06Customer content and AI

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host and process that content to operate the Service, including sending necessary context to AI model providers.

AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

07Partner programs

Consultant certification and affiliate terms, including commission rates, are described on the Earn page and in any partner agreement we provide. We may update partner terms with notice.

08Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and our materials are owned by Iymer AI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

09Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IYMER AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

12Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
