Getting started
What is Iymer?
Iymer is the AI Operations Manager for modern teams: one workspace where people and AI agents plan, meet and ship work together. One subscription includes every major AI model, an AI Operations Manager that chases the follow-up, an AI Meeting Assistant, AI project planning, no-code agents and a native connection to Claude via MCP.
Read moreWho is Iymer for?
Any team that runs projects with other people: founders, agencies, operations, product and client-service teams. If your week includes meetings, task assignment and follow-ups, Iymer removes the manual layer between them. Solo founders use it too, and it gets more useful with every teammate.
Is Iymer a project management tool?
Yes, and more. You get projects, tasks, boards, owners and deadlines, plus what project tools do not have: every major AI model in one subscription, meetings that turn into assigned tasks, and an AI Operations Manager that follows up so you do not have to.
How do I start for free?
Click Start free and create your workspace. The Free plan is $0 forever with 200 AI credits, 2 recording hours and 1 seat. No card needed.
Do I need to be technical to use Iymer?
No. You describe what you want in plain English: the outcome of a project, the job of an agent, a question about what is blocking a launch. Iymer does the rest and asks for your approval before anything moves.
Do I have to replace my current tools to start?
No. Start free alongside what you use today. Google Calendar, Slack and GitHub connect directly, and agents can work with Gmail, Zendesk, Linear, Asana, HubSpot and Notion. When you are ready to move everything, our team does the migration for you at no cost.
How long does it take to set up?
A workspace takes two minutes. Your first AI-planned project takes one prompt. A full move of your organization is done by our team on every paid plan, usually within the first week.
How do I contact support or sales?
Email support@iymer.ai, or request a call from the Book a call page. Our team replies in less than 24 hours.

Which AI models are included in Iymer?
GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Kimi (Moonshot AI), Llama (Meta), Grok (xAI), Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen (Alibaba) and Cohere, with new models added as they launch. Every plan, including Free, gets the full lineup.
Read moreHow does Iymer decide which model to use?
Iymer reads each request and routes it to the model that handles that kind of task best, taking into account the effort level you set and the length of the context. It shows which model answered and why.
Read moreCan I choose the model myself?
Yes. Open the model picker in any chat and select the model you want. Your choice holds for the whole thread until you switch back to automatic.
Read moreWhat do Quick, Balanced and Deep mean?
They set how hard the model should think. Quick gives fast answers at the lowest credit cost. Balanced is the default for most work. Deep uses maximum reasoning for long documents and decisions that matter.
Read moreDoes routing cost extra?
No. Routing is free. Credits are only used for the answer itself, and heavier models and longer tasks use more of them.
Read moreWhat happens when a new model launches?
It appears in Iymer for every seat. There is no new account to create, no new bill and no migration.
Read moreCan I cancel ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro and Google AI Pro?
Most teams do. Iymer includes GPT, Claude and Gemini on every plan, so one $24 Pro subscription replaces three $20 subscriptions per person and adds the AI Operations Manager, meetings, planning and agents.

What does the AI Operations Manager actually do?
It watches every project in your workspace, chases overdue work, spots blockers and overloaded people, proposes a fix, and sends each person a short daily list of what needs them. It proposes; you approve anything that moves work or changes a date.
Read moreDoes it reassign work or move deadlines on its own?
No. Handoffs, date changes and priority re-ranking are proposed and wait for a human to approve. Follow-up reminders on overdue work are sent on your behalf and logged.
Read moreWhat is in the daily brief?
What moved, what stalled, and what needs a decision from you, ranked. Most days it is three to five items. When nothing needs you, it says so.
Read moreWill my team feel micromanaged?
The manager nudges once, before a deadline, and only when work has not moved. It does not count hours or watch screens. People see fewer check-in messages, not more, because the status questions stop.
Read moreWhat does it watch?
Projects and tasks inside Iymer, meeting notes from the AI Meeting Assistant, and the apps you connect such as Slack, email, calendar, GitHub and Asana.
Read moreWhich plans include it?
Pro includes follow-ups and the daily brief. Team adds blocker detection, priority re-ranking and org-wide memory. Enterprise adds admin analytics across the whole organization.
Read moreCan I see what it did?
Yes. Every action is written to an activity log with what happened, when, and who approved it. Admins can see the log across every team.

How does the assistant join a meeting?
Two ways. Paste the meeting link into Iymer and pick the project, and the bot joins when the call starts. Or connect your calendar and it joins scheduled meetings on its own. It appears as a visible participant.
Read moreWhich meeting platforms does it work with?
Zoom and Google Meet, with Microsoft Teams and Slack huddle links also accepted when you schedule a bot. Any meeting link you can paste.
Read moreWhat do I get after the call?
A full transcript, a short summary and a decisions log, plus a list of tasks for every commitment made out loud. All of it stays inside the project and is searchable.
Read moreHow do action items become tasks?
The assistant detects commitments in the conversation, works out who took each one and the date discussed, writes a task title, and places it in the project you chose for the meeting, linked back to the notes. A manager reviews and approves before the tasks land on the board.
Read moreCan I edit the summary or the tasks?
Yes. Everything is editable before and after approval. Change the owner, the date or the wording, or delete a task the assistant should not have created.
Read moreDo participants know they are being recorded?
Yes. The assistant joins as a named, visible participant in the call, so everyone can see it is there.
Read moreWhat happens when I run out of recording hours?
Buy a one-time top-up from inside Iymer or move to a plan with more hours. Team plans gain 3 hours for every extra seat.

How does AI project planning work in Iymer?
You describe the outcome in a few sentences, by typing, speaking or attaching a brief. Iymer drafts phases, tasks, dependencies and rough estimates, then suggests an owner for each phase based on who is on the team and how loaded they are. You edit the plan like a document and approve the assignments.
Read moreWhat does the AI need from me?
The outcome, a deadline if you have one, and any constraints that matter, such as a team that needs notice or a dependency on another project. The more context you attach, the better the first draft.
Read moreCan I edit the plan after it is generated?
Yes. Rename phases, merge or cut tasks, change estimates and move owners. It reads as a document, not a form, and the structure stays consistent while you shape it.
Read moreHow does it decide who gets each task?
It looks at the people in your workspace, their roles and their current load, and suggests the person with the right skills and the most room. Nobody is assigned until a manager approves, and you can change any suggestion.
Read moreIs it only for software projects?
No. Launches, client onboarding, events, hiring, marketing campaigns and migrations all work the same way. Any outcome with a deadline is a project.
Read moreWhat happens when the plan slips?
The AI Operations Manager watches the live plan. It chases owners before a date lands, names phases that have stopped moving, and proposes a new order when something slips. You approve before anything changes.
Read moreCan I start with an empty plan?
Yes. Create an empty project and add phases yourself. The AI helps whenever you ask, and the AI Operations Manager still keeps it on track.
Read moreNo-code agents
How do I create an agent in Iymer?
Write the job: what the agent does, who it reports to, and which connected tools it can touch. Pick a scope (the whole app, a team or a project) and create it. Or start from a template and change the details.
Read moreDo I need to write prompts or code?
No. You describe the job in plain English the way you would write a job post. Iymer turns that into the instructions the model needs and picks the model with the same router that powers the rest of the workspace.
Read moreCan I share agents with my team?
Yes. Scope an agent to the whole app, one team or one project and it appears there for everyone with access. Build it once and the whole team gets the same quality.
Read moreHow many agents can I build?
Unlimited, on every plan including Free. Runs are metered by credits, so you pay for what the agents actually do, not for how many you have.
Read moreCan agents take actions in other apps?
Yes, within the tools you connect and allow. Connect Gmail, Slack, Zendesk, HubSpot, Notion and more, then list the tools each agent may touch. Anything that leaves the workspace waits for a person to approve.
Read moreAre my agents private?
Yes. Agents and their job descriptions are private to your workspace. Every run is logged so you can see exactly what each agent did.
Read moreWhat does an agent cost to run?
Each run draws credits from your plan's monthly allowance, depending on the model and the length of the job. A support triage run costs a fraction of a credit per ticket; a weekly report costs a few credits. The log shows the cost of every run.

What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting AI assistants such as Claude to the systems where work lives. Instead of pasting context into a chat, the assistant asks the system directly. Iymer speaks MCP, so Claude can read and act on your workspace.
Read moreHow do I connect Claude to Iymer?
Open Settings, then Integrations, choose Claude via MCP, and add the connection to Claude's connectors. Approve it once, pick your scopes, and start asking.
Read moreWhat can Claude do once connected?
Read your projects, tasks and meeting notes to answer questions about what is blocked, who owns what and what was decided. With write scopes, it can create and update tasks. Anything that changes work waits for a person to approve.
Read moreDo I need a Claude subscription?
You need a Claude plan that supports connectors. Iymer's side of the connection is included on every Iymer plan.
Read moreIs the MCP connection secure?
Yes. You choose the read and write scopes, every request is logged with who asked and what was read, and you can revoke the connection at any time. Claude only sees what the scopes allow.
Read moreWhat other integrations are available?
Google Calendar, Slack and GitHub connect from the same Integrations page. No-code agents can also connect Gmail, Zendesk, Linear, Asana, HubSpot, Notion and more. Microsoft Teams and further MCP clients are planned, with no date yet.
Read moreDoes it work with ChatGPT or other assistants?
Claude is the first MCP client Iymer supports. Any assistant that speaks the protocol is planned next, with no date yet. Inside Iymer itself, every model is already available through the AI Models Hub.

How much does Iymer cost?
Free is $0 forever with 200 AI credits, 2 recording hours and 1 seat. Pro is $24 a month with 2,500 credits, 3 recording hours and 2 seats. Builder is $49 a month with 6,000 credits, 6 recording hours and 2 seats. Team is $39 a month with 3,000 credits, 5 recording hours and 3 seats, then $29 per extra seat. Enterprise is quoted for your organization.
Read moreWhich plan should I start with?
Start free and try everything. Pro suits a founder or a pair who want every model and the AI Operations Manager without limits that bite. Builder is for people who run agents and heavy AI work and want three times the credits. Team is for groups of three or more who want one pool of credits and recording hours, and who add seats as they grow.
Read moreDo all plans include every AI model?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, routes across the full model lineup. There are no per-model add-ons and no admin-only models.
Read moreWhat are AI credits?
Credits are how AI usage is measured. Each model request and each agent run draws from your monthly allowance; heavier models and longer tasks use more. Routing itself is free.
Read moreWhat happens if I run out of credits?
Buy a one-time top-up from inside Iymer and keep working. You do not need to change plans or talk to sales.
Read moreDo unused credits roll over?
No. Your allowance resets with each billing period. Top up any time you need more within a month.
Read moreWhat counts as a recording hour?
Time the AI Meeting Assistant spends in your calls. One 30-minute meeting uses half an hour. Each plan includes a monthly amount, and Team seats add 3 hours each.
Read moreHow do seats work on the Team plan?
Team includes 3 seats. Each additional seat costs $29 a month and adds 2,500 AI credits and 3 recording hours to the shared pool, so the plan grows with the team.
Read moreIs annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing saves up to $60 a year compared with paying monthly.
Read moreCan I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated against what you have already paid for the period.

What does Iymer actually replace?
Your per-person AI subscriptions (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), your project tool, your meeting notetaker, your wiki for notes and decisions, and your automation platform for agents. One workspace, one login, one bill.
Read moreCan I keep some of my tools?
Yes. Google Calendar, Slack and GitHub connect directly, and no-code agents can work with Gmail, Zendesk, Linear, Asana, HubSpot, Notion and more. Many teams keep Slack and their calendar and move everything else.
Read moreHow hard is it to move?
We do it for you. On every paid plan our team transfers your organization, plans your projects with you, sets up every AI model for your team and trains your whole organization, at no cost. Book a call to start.
Read moreWill the AI change things without asking?
No. Anything that moves work between people, changes a date, or leaves the workspace waits for a person to approve. Follow-up reminders are sent on your behalf and logged.
Read moreHow much do teams really save?
A typical stack costs $100 or more per person each month across AI subscriptions, a project tool, a notetaker, a wiki and automation. Iymer Pro is $24 for two seats and Team is $39 for three, so most teams save more than 75%.
Read moreIs Iymer for small teams or large ones?
Both. Free and Pro suit founders and small teams. Team adds org-wide memory, blocker detection and seats at $29 each. Enterprise adds custom credits, hours, terms and admin analytics across the organization.
