Which plan should I start with?

Do all plans include every AI model?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, routes across the full model lineup. There are no per-model add-ons and no admin-only models.
What are AI credits?
Credits are how AI usage is measured. Each model request and each agent run draws from your monthly allowance; heavier models and longer tasks use more. Routing itself is free.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Buy a one-time top-up from inside Iymer and keep working. You do not need to change plans or talk to sales.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your allowance resets with each billing period. Top up any time you need more within a month.
What counts as a recording hour?
Time the AI Meeting Assistant spends in your calls. One 30-minute meeting uses half an hour. Each plan includes a monthly amount, and Team seats add 3 hours each.
How do seats work on the Team plan?
Team includes 3 seats. Each additional seat costs $29 a month and adds 2,500 AI credits and 3 recording hours to the shared pool, so the plan grows with the team.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing saves up to $60 a year compared with paying monthly.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated against what you have already paid for the period.
