This policy describes how we handle personal data when you visit our marketing site, create or use an Iymer account, contact us, or join partner programs (consultant or affiliate).

03Data we collect

Account and profile data such as name, email, workspace name, and role when you sign up or are invited.

Billing and subscription details processed through our payment providers when you buy a plan or top up credits.

Product usage data needed to run the workspace — projects, tasks, meeting metadata, messages, and agent configurations you create.

Technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and approximate location from logs and analytics cookies or similar technologies on the marketing site.

Communications you send us (support, sales, booking forms).

04How we use data

To provide, secure, and improve the Iymer product and website.

To process payments, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.

To respond to your requests and send service-related notices.

To understand marketing-site traffic in aggregate (where analytics are enabled).

We do not sell your personal data.

05AI processing

Features that use AI models send relevant prompts and context to model providers so those features can work. We configure providers under our agreements with them. Do not submit data you are not authorized to process.

We do not claim that customer content is used to train third-party foundation models unless a written product policy says otherwise.

06Sharing

We share data with subprocessors who help us host, authenticate, bill, email, analyze, or provide AI model access — only as needed to run Iymer.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

07Retention

We keep personal data as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. You may request deletion of account data subject to those obligations.

08Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email support@iymer.ai to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.

09Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

10Children

Iymer is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
