AI Meeting Assistant · Pillar 03
Meetings end. The work starts itself.
A bot joins your call, by invite or straight from your calendar. It writes the transcript, a short summary and a decisions log, then turns every commitment made out loud into a task with an owner and a due date in the right project. Managers approve before anything lands on the board.

Tasks created
- Tasks appear here as people commit.
From a sentence to a task
It hears a promise. You get a task.
Pick a line from the call. Every piece the assistant needs is already in the sentence: who, what, when. It fills in the project from the meeting and links the task back to the exact moment in the notes.
Said on the call
- Who. The person who took it, from the voice and the name.
- What. The commitment, rewritten as a task title.
- When. The date discussed, turned into a real due date.
Becomes this task
Send the proposal to Legal
Waits for a manager to approve before it lands on the board.
How it works
Four steps. None of them yours.
- 1
Invite it, or let the calendar do it
Paste the meeting link and pick the project the work belongs to, or connect your calendar and the bot joins on its own.
- 2
It listens and writes
A full transcript, a short summary and a decisions log, separated, so you can read the outcome without reading the meeting.
- 3
Commitments become tasks
Every promise made out loud becomes a task with an owner and a due date, linked back to the notes it came from.
- 4
A manager approves, the manager chases
Tasks are reviewed before they land on the board. Then the AI Operations Manager follows up so nothing from the meeting is forgotten.
After every call
Three outputs, kept inside the project.
- TranscriptEvery word, time-stamped and searchable. Jump from any task back to the moment it was said.
- SummaryThe outcome in a paragraph. What was agreed, what shipped, what is next.
- Decisions logEach decision on its own line, so 'what did we decide about pricing?' has an answer in seconds.
Nothing goes to a separate archive nobody opens twice. Notes live with the project they are about.
Why not a plain notetaker
A notetaker stops at notes. Iymer finishes the meeting.
Between a recap and a project board sits a person retyping action items, guessing owners and setting dates. That is where meetings go to die.

Questions about the AI Meeting Assistant
How does the assistant join a meeting?
Two ways. Paste the meeting link into Iymer and pick the project, and the bot joins when the call starts. Or connect your calendar and it joins scheduled meetings on its own. It appears as a visible participant.
Which meeting platforms does it work with?
Zoom and Google Meet, with Microsoft Teams and Slack huddle links also accepted when you schedule a bot. Any meeting link you can paste.
What do I get after the call?
A full transcript, a short summary and a decisions log, plus a list of tasks for every commitment made out loud. All of it stays inside the project and is searchable.
How do action items become tasks?
The assistant detects commitments in the conversation, works out who took each one and the date discussed, writes a task title, and places it in the project you chose for the meeting, linked back to the notes. A manager reviews and approves before the tasks land on the board.
Can I edit the summary or the tasks?
Yes. Everything is editable before and after approval. Change the owner, the date or the wording, or delete a task the assistant should not have created.
Do participants know they are being recorded?
Yes. The assistant joins as a named, visible participant in the call, so everyone can see it is there.
What happens when I run out of recording hours?
Buy a one-time top-up from inside Iymer or move to a plan with more hours. Team plans gain 3 hours for every extra seat.
Watch it join your own call. That is the demo.
